Sokolic Property Group, a Cape Town based general services commercial property brokerage, has formed a Joint Venture with Platinum Properties, a residential property lettings, sales and management company based in Table View, South Africa.

The Joint Venture, Called Sokolic Platinum, will service the Western Cape in terms of Commercial property broking, development and management. The Joint Venture will operate out of the Platinum Properties offices in Table View South Africa. Sokolic Property Group contributes it’s Brand, Property Listing management software, and full access to Sokolic Property Groups broadcast mediums.

Sokolic Platinum is jointly managed by Joe Sokolic of Sokolic Property Group and Tony Bayley of Platinum Properties.
